It'll be MOYSIE'S shitty formation with a load of out of form players being played out of position.

I CAN'T WAIT

If by some miracle we get 7 pts - they takes us to thirty. We will need 40+ to stay up. Not happening

Bernie, in which case Antonio needs to be on the right or left of a 3, not through the middle.

Our best route to goal is hitting him with crosses on the back post.

Camel - Largely agree with that side. Might have Fabianski in goal tho.....;)

Bernie 4:18 Thu Jan 30
Re: Team for Brighton
Antonio is nowhere near fit enough to play as a wing back.

Re: Team for Brighton
To stay up we need to beat Brighton. Full stop end of story. I dot care how we do it but we must win. If we do not win this we cannot surely win another of those next 8 fixtures.

Re: Team for Brighton
Ive got Antonio as wing back as he's most effective without the ball, arriving at the back post against the full back in the air.

It looks good when he's bursting up the field, ball at his feet, knocking people out the way, but his shooting and crossing is below average at best, but he's excellent in the air against weak opposition and has been our best bet in open play aside finding Arnautovic and hoping he worked something on his own, since he signed for is.

In my opinion losing sight of this cost us 4th place in Bilic first season and ultimately contributed to his downfall.

When Payet was here it was his freekicks or Antonio headers. We need to get him back in the air against the full back on the back post.

Re: Team for Brighton
Antonio needs to be playing as far up the pitch as possible, I think. He seems the only attacking player we have who can actually worry defenders.

You could put Anderson in that category for games he decides to turn up for.

Re: Team for Brighton

I think you'll probably find 99% of people on here realise he's erratic - but also that he's the only player in the squad atm that looks like they're actually going to do something of note.
